  • Overall management of accounting and finance operations including processing of accounts payable, payroll, commission payments, billing, collections
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as required by investors and Board of Directors
  • Cash management
  • Financial statement analysis including cash burn, historical trending, variance analysis
  • Maintenance of accounting policies and expense report policies
  • Coordination with Company‚Äôs independent CPA firm for tax compliance and government filings
