• Develop and implement a standard chart of accounts for the company to support GAAP compliance and management reporting
  • Map all historic accounting transactions to the standard chart of accounts
  • Map current financial plan to standard chart of accounts
  • Enter financial plan into the reporting system
  • Develop processes to leverage existing master source data and to reduce the complexity of recording transactions in the accounting system, including revenue and payroll expenses
  • Implement efficient cash management for vendor bills to support accurate reporting, ready access, approval, and audit requirements
